Component for a toy, consisting of a pipe or tube of green-brown cane with a tube of smaller diameter inset at a right angle at one end. There is a thin wire twisted in front of the smaller tube which rises above the inset and ends in a loop. The tube should have a stopper at one end, but this is detached and missing.
