Long, narrow, rectangular, multicoloured tapestry woven rug. The appearance that the wool textile could be part of a wider cloth (stemming from the patterns seeming incomplete), is contradicted by the selvedges on both longer sides. The ends of the warp form a cut fringe at one narrow side. At the opposite end the braided ends of the warp are hidden under the backing. The pattern consists of triangular areas appearing on alternating sides separated by zigzag stripes. Both contain smaller geometric motifs. At both ends are cream bands decorated with larger geometric motifs.
