Waistcoat made from cotton textile with 2 red decorated felt panels on the front. The garment is lined with tabby woven cream cotton textile. The back consists of cream cotton textile with a printed red pattern. The front panels are decorated with couched and braided silver-coloured metal-wrapped thread, gold-coloured ribbon, and small triangular sections of twill woven yellow textile.The closure consists of buttons and loops made from braided silver-coloured thread.
