The centre has a circular medallion with a stylised figure of a female sportswoman around which is a phrase which reads in translation: 'Be ready for Labour and defence of the USSR'. Surrounding this grey and white stripes radiate, with part of a motif of runners on the left and cyclists on the right. These images are continued on the two parts of the poster flanking this central one. At the bottom is a horizontal inscription in plain blue text, which translates as: 'Exercise muscles through sport! Prepare your body for the fight!'. 970h x 675w.
