A rectangular piece of woven textile made of rayon (?). It is made up of two narrow strips sewn selvedge to selvedge. The warp of each strip has a narrow red central stripe, flanked by a wider green and yellow stripes, with two further red stripes on the outside. There are numerous patterned bands, each separated by a narrow, white, weft faced band. There are geometric patterns using the warp colours, and with the addition of blue and black, worked in continuous and discontinuous supplementary weft. This weaving is done using a double-heddle loom.
