mask (dance & live theatre)

Painted wooden mask is one of a set of eight, all carved from one piece of wood by the same carver. It is used in the Dance of the Santiagos along with hobbey horses and similar masks, which are part of a wider set held in the collections. Mask represents a Spaniard with 'silver' painted teeth.
