buckle

Silver buckle. Three sections of silver hinged together, one side piece with a link that joins it to the two other pieces. Two narrow silver bars at either end on the back of the buckle to attach the buckle to the belt. The centre piece is rectangular with narrow borders decorated with leaves to either side of a dancing figure playing a musical instrument (curved horn), the rest of the background made up of leaves. The two side panels have identical leaf borders, and depict peacocks. The rest of the decoration takes the form of a leaf type pattern.
