lamp (lighting devices)

A brass witches' lamp. It has a small, kettle shaped lamp, with three spouts, where the wick emits from within. It is set on an oval brass plinthe, on a brass pole, and the lamp's lid can slide up and down the pole, revealing a round cavity for fuel to go in. The lamp also moves up and down the pole if desired. Above the lid is a piece of triangular metal. Attached to this are brass chains with small brass pieces on the end (possibly a weight, poker and tongs?) At the top of the brass pole is a loop, where the whole object can be lifted. The base of the object is large and circular, with a raised rim.
