Long, cream coloured embroidered wedding veil, made from sheer muslin. At each warp end (which has a large scalloped edge) is a composite floral embroidery, which forms a triangular shape, topped by a fern-like frond. The ground has small, regularly spaced four-petalled motifs, alternating with a circular motif. The selvedges have a meandering line with attached six-petalled flowers and many leaves. [Textile]
