Flute. Brass with silver plating. Two joints. Cylindrical. Boehm-system fingering. Open G-sharp, but normal B fingering gives B-flat. Thumb levers are used for the notes B and C. Large rectangular tone holes covered by plates. Head joint is stamped: Flute harmonique/(Systeme Steckel)/Gautrot Marquet/in Paris/GA; with an anchor emblem.
