Felt hat. Tall circular hat made of a vertical strip of brown felt sewn into a tube with a circular piece of similar felt sewn to the top. A strip of predominately orange fabric decorated with black supplementary yarn and stripes in black, yellow, red, blue and magenta has been stitched to the lower rim of the hat. The upper part is lined in brown fabric.
