neckpiece (collar)

Neckpiece for woman's costume. Central panel of black corduroy with slit forming neck opening bound with wide strip of white cotton fabric. Strip of black fabric at each end of this, to which are attached rectangular panels embroidered in white cotton on black at each end. One end has sides bound in strip of red cotton fabric next to a narrow stripe of pale turquoise embroidery.
