Mouth is open to reveal teeth, and painted lines at each side emphasise smile. face painted white with lips and inside nostrils and inside upper eyelid painted red. Hair is indicated with finely carved grooves painted black on which five gold coloured jewelled ornaments are affixed. Carved from pule wood. Unsigned. Rubber strap affixed at both sides at the rear.
