There will be tree works in the Gardens this week – please follow signs on site. The lift will be out of service until Friday 28 June while we work on a replacement.
Doll on a triangular wooden base. Doll in wearing a long black rode with green and gold embroidered design, The robe’s cuffs and trims are gold. The Rode is fastened around the waist with a gold fret work belt and two sequins for detail. Just below the neckline there is a chain of gold sequins, as on the trim of the doll’s gold hat. The doll’s hair is in a plait to her waist. The base reads Lunxhi, Gjirokaster (which is in Albania) and a third word which is illegible.
