Box for areca chew ingredients, pabuan. Rectangular wooden box painted with scenes containing anthropomorphic figures on all four sides, and divided into three sections by vertical slats. A tray is set into the top of the box, with a broad rim that is painted with swastika designs in yellow on a black ground, and the corners with a floral design in yellow on red. The tray is divided into six sections by vertical slats, the top half of one of which is missing.
