Lidded circular rice basket, the vertical sides of lid and basket made of fine twill-woven splits of bamboo, the flat top and base of much wider splits interwoven so as to form diamond shapes. Lid and basket connected with fine green twine. Purchased from Water Dai people in Mansunan village during 1993 visit to Guizhou and Yunnan.
