The hexagonal buttons are arranged in five rows, and each button is inscribed with a note name: 'd f# b-flat d f# b-flat/f a c# f a c# f/c e g# c e g#/d# g b d# g b d#/ b-flat d f# b-flat d f#'. The top inscribed 'Harmonetta/MADE IN GERMANY/M.HOHNER'. The bottom is inscribed, 'M.HOHNER'. Plays melody and accompanying chord - major, minor, seventh, and augmented/diminished.
