A carved wooden block, possibly a mould as the patterns are concave. On one of the larger sides, it is carved with various borders, on the other are individual leaves and flowers. On one of the narrow sides, there are various shapes carved, some of which resemble ladders and wheels.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
