Sierra Leonean country cloth. A large dark blue and undyed striped cotton stripweave textile. The cloth is made from 20 narrow strips, each about 70 mm wide, hand sewn together selvedge to selvedge. Both warp and weft is a loosely spun singles yarn. The cloth is predominantly natural coloured, and comprises natural coloured stripes alternating with three wider and one narrower dark blue stripes. The warp ends are unfinished.
