Comb. The teeth of the comb are made of small, thin, wooden sticks. There are two horizontal sticks that hold the teeth in place. Between these two sticks is a woven cotton pattern. The ends of each of the sticks are decorated with coloured feathers. The feathers are attached to the sticks with beeswax.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
