The Horniman Museum will be closed from 24-26 December. The Horniman Gardens will be closed 25 December only.
Metal ewer, piriform with flattened sides and long straight spout decorated with band of projecting moulding. Decorated in relief with scalloped lobed shapes on the shoulder and around the base. A teardrop shape on each side with engraved floral decorative inner and outer borders. Lid and handle missing.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
