arrows (weapons: missiles & projectors)

Bundle of 13 arrows with cane shafts and a mixture of heads. 3 heads are bone, probably human. The others are blackened hard wood and generally of a tapering conical form although one or two bears a number of shallow barbs. Several of these arrows bear a tubular panel of red and white paint at the neck and all bear the distinctively Solomon Islands’ trimming of the nodes on the cane shafts.
