Rectangle of cloth; top half is all black 2x2 reversed twill with red and white stripes at each selvedge; lower half is red weft, black warp 2x2 reversed twill with white mustard and blue bands of pattern weave forming diamonds. The warp ends emerge as a fringe. No braid attached to top edge. 31" x 20".
