Underskirt of undyed cream muslin, formed of a length of cloth sewn by hand into a tube, with a band of counted thread embroidery in a black and white pattern embellished with sequins along the lower hem. One tiny floral motif embroidered near the vertical seam. Holes along the top edge below the selvedge at regular intervals were probably used for a drawstring to secure at the waist.
