gambling stick

One cylindrical wooden gambling stick with rounded ends and a smooth surface. The stick is decorated with four faint, narrow, red lines and one faint black line near the centre. There is also one very faint thick red stripe diagonally across the red lines. There are dark brown blotches over the surface of the object.

Used in a guessing game - each player on one side has one plain and one marked piece and the other side has to guess which hand holds which gaming piece.
