Knitting needle sheath of chip-carved wood, with a hole at the top for the needle to fit into. Two inward-facing points are carved on the front, decorated with heart shapes. The main body of the sheath is covered with lines of a triangular pattern. Carved on the back are initials and a date, possibly reading 'RWE 1707'.
