Iron bladed adze made from a length of hoop iron which has been flattened and sharpened. This blade has been hafted in to a traditional elbow hafted handle which has a slightly elongated projected at the tip of the elbow. Two grooves encircle the butt and the blade is lashed in to place with a neat piece of coconut fibre cordage lashing.
