Part of metal incense burner or koro in two parts. Made or collected in Japan, dating possibly to the nineteenth-century. Overall, the burner resembles a dragon fish with an open mouth to receive incense and scales around the body. This section forms the head of the fish and is detachable from the rest of the body.
