hat (clothing: headwear); textile

Hat, the top part made up of triangular sections of brown, indigo blue and a dark colour with integral pattern in the weave. These are sewn together at the circumference of a vertical band of the last type of textile which forms the sides of the hat. The top part is embroidered with small florets in a variety of colours. At the peak is a small group of tiny wool bobbles, possibly woollen, and around the circumference more tiny bobbles in orange, green, pink and maroon. From alternate bobbles on the circumference hang tassels.
