A textile cord for the Japanese ceremonial sword and sheath. The cord is made of materials which are probably silk and cotton, in beige and pink colours. It is made of twisted threads, and each end has a large tassel.
There is a blue-grey rectangular label with the object, which reads ' Removed from Library. 15th / 12th / 1950'.
