Bald Eagle model
"Bald eagles are large, impressive birds of prey and one of the symbols of the USA. They keep the same nest for many years, adding new branches, moss and feathers each year. The largest nest, made by a pair of bald eagles was 2.5m in diameter, 4m deep and weighed one tonne. Bald Eagles can be found in North, south, central America.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
