Oval scalloped paper label: 'Patent concertina by George Case, Boosey & Sons, Holles St, London.' 6.31" flat rosewood ends, floral frets, bevelled, white leather backing. 48 ivory buttons: 24 each side, black accidentals, stamped and bushed. Right-hand strap later, left-hand absent, small nickel screws. Five-fold green leather bellows with gold and green paper. Round-end brass reeds.
