The other side is decorated with a steamtrain moving away from a cityscape which is surmounted with a sunrise, surrounded by the inscription: ' CANADA DOLLAR 1886 VANCOUVER 1986'. Milled edge. Coin contained within a clear perspex casing, within a presentation box covered with a silver cardboard sleeve. Inscription on sleeve reads '1886-1986 Vancouver B.C., Royal Canadian Mint.'
