Rectangular needlework box with attached lid. The outside is lacquered dark brown and decorated with mother of pearl inlay. It is lined with red satin and contains a pull-out tray, silver-coloured paper and mother of pearl knobs. In the tray are a thimble, 2 needles, one of which with incised decoration, and a tubular-shaped needle container made of wood with mother of pearl inlay.
