sheath (weapons: accessories)

Simple bark sheath for a Dyak utility knife, pisau raut. The pisau raut has a short single-edge blade and a slender handle made from wood or bone; it was a utility knife and was carried attached to the scabbard of the mandau. The 2 holes in the bark are to allow it to be tied with rattan to the mandau scabbard.
