A lid for a box carved from sandalwood with ivory, ebony, white metal and coloured mosaic inlay. The lid is rectangular with a panel of raised design of leaves and animals, possibly dogs, carved of sandalwood. Around the panel and the edges of the wood is ebony, ivory, white metal and green and brown mosaic forming geometric patterns.
