On Weds 29 and Thurs 20 March, the Butterfly House, Animal Walk, Blue Badge Parking, Bandstand Terrace and Horniman Drive gates and path will be closed for resurfacing works. Please follow signs on site.
We strongly advise visitors to book tickets in advance to avoid queuing, due to reduced till points at the Ticket Desk.
Tapering, sub-rectangular, flat bag with two sides, possibly, woven from banana leaf featuring four vertical bands of cream and pale orange alternately, the margins are detailed in dark brown. The edges of the bag are piped on all four sides with the weft fibres plaited together and these same fibres are left long as tassels tied at their ends.
