A lid for a snuff container, turned from ivory. It has a threaded section to fit inside the container and has a small pommel on top. There is a small piece of twine wrapped around the base of the pommel.

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
