Round, brass coin of 10 cash with a square hole at the centre, minted in the Xianfeng reign period (1851-61) of the Qing dynasty. Around the square hole with Chinese inscriptions "Xian Feng Zhong Bao" (Xianfeng important treasure) on the obverse; on the reverse with Chinese inscriptions of 'ten cash' arranged from top to bottom, and Manchu inscriptions arranged from right to left indicating the mint was in Jiangsu province.
