One side has a garland with 'one cent' 'Sarawak' and the date below; the other has a portrait of Charles Brooke and the words Rajah C. Brooke surrounding it. (2) Labelled Sarawak 1870 Rajah C. Brooke 1 cent. One side has 'One cent' inside a garland/wreath with the date below; the reverse has a portrait of Brooke and the words Rajah C. Brooke around it.
