Wooden object with a round base. The sides are carved into three faces separated by vertical carved bands painted in red. The top is funnel shaped and painted red. Into the top is a metal tube with a round metal circle with sides, the underneath of which reads " Nozaki & Co. Ltd. Tokyo, Japan". These metal parts are painted red. There is a rectangular metal tab protruding from the side. The wooden parts are varnished.
