bound foot boot

One of a pair of bound feet boots of Northern style with upturned pointed toe and wide tubular shaft. The upper is of two different materials, the quarter is of dark indigo cotton, the vamp is of blue damask embroidered with a lotus blossom. Throat of green and pink silk with gold foil and ribbon trimmings. The boot shaft is of black cotton with red cotton top-band. Lined with blue cotton. Arched sole of quilted white and red cotton.
