8 identical rectangular samples of tabby woven cotton textile. A single selvedge comprising an orange and green stripe along one narrow side. Seemingly from a larger piece of black cloth with a weft ikat 'spot' motif. The border has a broad, warp faced red stripe, separated from the main field by an orange ground subdivided by black stripes of varying widths.
