headdress (head ornament)

Possibly part of headdress. Short section of metal sheeting to which has been riveted a second piece of metal sheet, perhaps in the shape of a stylised bird, with curvilinear outline and holes punched in the middle, painted gold and set with green and white discs of stone or glass, with a red disc at the centre in a floral motif. All painted red on reverse.
