paddle (water transport: accessories)

Exceptionally large-bladed early tourist art paddle engraved in its entirely with lozenge, Double K, cross, stacked crescent and zig zag motifs. The entire inner face is covered with rows and columns of concentric circle designs. The shaft is of square section, and flares slightly into the form of a conical pommel, with a concentric circle behind the butt and nine abstracted humanoid figures.
