Nick Budden

Nick Budden is the Audience Insight and Marketing Manager at the Horniman
Nick leads on the effective promotion of the Horniman through impactful marketing and communications. This has included managing campaigns for the opening of the World Gallery, the Museum of the Year award, and the return of Benin objects. Nick is also responsible for visitor research and insights, and coordinates the internal Audience Champions Group and annual Impact Report. Until 2025 Nick managed the membership department. Nick studied Management at the University of Southampton before beginning his career in arts marketing at the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond. He has since worked at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and the National Portrait Gallery (for whom he ran the London Marathon) before joining the Horniman in 2016.
