Square tabby-woven cotton textile created by appliquè in red, black, white and green. The design consists of a centre panel surrounded with 4 borders. The panel is decorated with 4 black, and red leaf-shape, interspersed with 4 white, and green diamond-shape appliquès. The panel, and the inner 3 borders are framed by a thin white, and a green border (in alternating order). The outermost border is plain black. This also creates a narrow border around the printed backing textile on the reverse.
