One of a set of five meditation dhyani Buddhas, Amoghasiddhi, (who is puzzling – his right hand is raised in reassurance), copper, made by the chiselling method (see field notes); unfinished. High curls with usinisha and uma, robes with decorated borders in white metal, right shoulder covered, seated on single lotus thrones. This one has a pink/red tone on the face and body.

Collection Information

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
