Glove puppet (with central rod). Puppet is probably of a young girl, perhaps a princess. She has stylised features: large eyes with heavy lids and long eyelashes; a rosebud mouth; protruding ears and exposed hair. She is dressed in a tall, round hat made from purple fabric and decorated with a multicoloured band (in gold, blue and red with a motif of chevrons and flowers). She wears an ikat dress (factory made) in brown, yellow and green. The dress is trimmed around the neck and cuffs with the same material as the hat band.
