Woven cylindrical basket with no lid, with two handles on the top edges. The basket is covered with a patchwork of brightly-coloured textiles in triangles and squares bordered by double lines of white shells, with four shells in the centre of each patch. There is a thick long fringe of shells hanging down from the bottom of the basket and there are shells along the handle, which is covered with red fabric. The inside of the basket is plain.
